Salary : upto 75k in hand

Minimum 5- 8 years of experience is required in edtech sales

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager in EdTech based in Hyderabad. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, forging strategic partnerships, and identifying key opportunities to expand the company's client base. Day-to-day tasks involve market research, prospecting, client engagement, offering tailored solutions, and ensuring long-term client satisfaction. The role also includes creating proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align business goals with performance metrics.

Qualifications

  • Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Client Management skills
  • Market Research, Opportunity Identification, and Strategic Planning expertise
  • Strong Negotiation, Presentation, and Communication abilities
  • Experience in EdTech or a related industry is desirable
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Proficiency in CRM software and a data-driven approach to decision-making
