We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Gurgaon, offering a salary of up to ₹15 LPA, depending on experience.
The ideal candidate will drive domestic business growth and expand our client base across India, with a strong track record in business development, client acquisition, and revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities include:
• Identifying and developing new domestic business opportunities.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Generating leads and converting them into long-term business opportunities.
• Achieving sales and revenue targets.
• Conducting market research and competitor analysis.
• Preparing business proposals, presentations, and negotiations.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in domestic business development and sales.
• Strong network and client relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to independently manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
• Target-driven and result-oriented mindset.
• Experience in handling domestic markets and business expansion initiatives.
Compensation includes a salary of up to ₹15 LPA, along with performance-based incentives and growth opportunities.
Preferred candidates will have a demonstrated ability to bring and grow domestic business accounts and contribute significantly to revenue generation.
