Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Noida (Onsite)

Job Type: Full-time

Experience Required: 5-7 Years

Industry: IT (Selling Salesforce Services)

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager with strong expertise in selling Salesforce services within the IT industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities in the Salesforce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for Salesforce consulting, implementation, integration, and managed services.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, clients, and Salesforce ecosystem partners.

- Develop strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

- Lead the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.

- Conduct market research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.

- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to create tailored proposals and solutions.

- Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain CRM documentation.

- Represent the company in client meetings, events, and Salesforce partner engagements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT,

- 57 years of experience in Business Development or Sales within the IT industry.

- Strong experience selling Salesforce services (implementation, development, integration, or managed services).

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystem, cloud technologies, and enterprise IT solutions.

- Ability to work independently, manage multiple opportunities, and build long-term client relationships.
