Key Responsibilities
Hospital Operations Management
- Direct, administer, and coordinate day-to-day operational activities of the hospital in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Ensure efficient functioning of all hospital departments and maintain operational excellence.
- Implement and monitor operational policies, goals, and objectives set by management.
Patient Experience & Service Quality
- Interact with patients and address their requests or concerns to ensure a high standard of patient care.
- Ensure safe and quality healthcare services are delivered consistently.
- Monitor patient satisfaction and implement improvements where required.
Team Management & Staff Development
- Provide training, guidance, and support to hospital staff to enhance performance and productivity.
- Ensure smooth coordination between departments to maintain operational efficiency.
Reporting & Performance Monitoring
- Prepare and present reports on operational activities, performance metrics, and outcomes to senior management.
- Monitor operational efficiency and identify opportunities for improvement.
Financial & Business Responsibility
- Take ownership of P&L for the entire state operations.
- Support business growth initiatives and operational expansion strategies.
