Job Description

Doozy Robotics designs cutting-edge autonomous mobile robots that are flexible, intelligent, and built for real-world applications. Our portfolio includes Humanoid Robots and Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs) tailored for commercial and industrial environments.

Through innovation and advanced robotics technology, we help businesses optimise operations, improve productivity, and enhance operational efficiency. Our technology-driven approach positions us at the forefront of the robotics industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, develop, and generate new business opportunities in the B2B segment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential customers.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and commercial negotiations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Product, and Operations, to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, networking sessions, and conferences to generate leads and expand market presence.
Key Requirements
  • 4+ years of proven experience in B2B sales or business development.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Experience in managing enterprise or corporate clients is preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in robotics, automation, industrial equipment, or technology sales.
  • Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to identify customer needs and propose suitable technical solutions.
