Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and generate new business opportunities in the B2B segment
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential clients
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and negotiations with clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to ensure client satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools
  • Attend industry events, networking meets, and conferences to generate leads

Key Requirements:

  • 4+ years of proven experience in B2B sales / business development
  • Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities
  • Experience in handling enterprise or corporate clients is a plus
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
