Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager who has proven experience in winning high-value clients and managing long-running business relationships.
This role combines consultative selling, strategy understanding, brand-leader networking, and strong ownership of revenue growth.
You will collaborate closely with founders and internal teams to convert business opportunities into long-term partnerships.
What You Will Do
1 Sales & Pipeline Growth
Identify, engage and convert mid-market and enterprise brand opportunities
Own proposals, pitching, negotiation, and closure
Build a strong pipeline & ensure steady revenue inflow
Unlock upselling & cross-selling: Social + Performance + Tech solutions
2 Strategic Client Leadership
Conduct deep brand requirement analysis and problem diagnosis
Present smart, structured marketing solutions aligned with business goals
Become a trusted advisor to C-suite and marketing leadership
3 Market Intelligence & Positioning
Track industry shifts, consumer trends, and competitors
Identify category expansion opportunities
Represent BloomX at relevant industry events, meetings, and networks
4 Internal Collaboration
Work tightly with strategy, performance, creative, tech & delivery teams
Drive strong handover and onboarding of new clients
Maintain accurate deal tracking and forecasting via CRM discipline
Your Experience & Strengths
58 years in business development, client partnerships, or consultative sales, ideally in a digital marketing/creative agency
Excellent understanding of:
Performance & funnel marketing
Social strategy + content + growth
Influencer marketing and communication strategy
Creative campaigns and brand thinking
Comfortable and confident in CXO-level conversations
Organized, sharp communicator & great storyteller during pitches
Proactive deal closer persistence + negotiation + follow-through
