Job description:
We are looking for aSenior Business Development Manager (BDM)with strong experience in sellingdigital marketing servicestoD2C brands and e-commerce businesses. The ideal candidate should be confident in client acquisition, pitching end-to-end digital solutions, and closing high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, generate, and close new business opportunities for digital marketing services
- Sell services including:
- Website Development
- Social Media Marketing & Management
- Performance Marketing (Meta, Google Ads, etc.)
- Influencer Marketing
- UGC Content & Creator Collaborations
- Work withD2C brands and e-commerce sellersacross various categories
- Understand client business models and propose customized digital solutions
- Lead sales meetings, presentations, and negotiations with clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, performance, creative, tech) for smooth execution
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Track leads, proposals, and closures using CRM tools
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends and competitor offerings
Required Skills & Expertise
- Strong understanding ofdigital marketing services and pricing models
- Proven experience in selling services toD2C brands & e-commerce businesses
- Knowledge of marketplaces likeAmazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meeshois a plus
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to close deals independently
- Strategic thinking with a revenue-driven mindset
