Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Delhi, India. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, developing strategic plans, negotiating contracts, and driving revenue growth. The role requires collaboration with multiple departments to ensure successful execution of strategies and client satisfaction, as well as staying informed about industry trends and market dynamics.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in identifying sales opportunities, client acquisition, and managing client relationships effectively
  • Proficiency in strategic planning, crafting business proposals, and successfully negotiating contracts
  • Deep understanding of market research, industry trends, and data analysis to drive decision-making
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and business development software
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • Experience in digital marketing, content strategy, or advertising industries is a plus
