Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Demand Manager to join our growing team at Delhiver-Direct. The successful candidate will be responsible for building, acquiring new customers, and ensuring a smooth launch and initial customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Acquisition
- Manage a team of Field sales executives/ Assistant managers/ Telecallers for acquiring new customers
- Work on Retention of existing customers as well as acquiring new customers
2. Market Analysis
- Identify potential clusters and monitor existing demand patterns
- Provide insights and feedback on market trends and customer needs
- Expand current serviceability
3. Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction and retention
- Address customer queries and resolve issues promptly
4. Sales Reporting
- Track and report on sales activities and outcomes
- Provide regular updates to the management team.
