Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in Hyderabad. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, developing strategic plans to increase market share, and working closely with teams to achieve sales targets. The role will also involve regular market research, analyzing trends, and providing insights to shape business strategies.

• Proven track record in Business Development and International Sales
• Strategic Planning and Market Research skills
• Relationship Building and Client Management skills
• Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
• Leadership abilities and team collaboration skills
• Experience in the agriculture or floriculture industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Proficient in using CRM software and other business tools
