Business Development Manager

We are hiring BDM for a client in Bangalore. This is FT onsite role.

Experience: 4+ Years, experience with engineering industry only apply

Educational Qualification: Degree in Mechanical / Automotive Engineering preferred

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Core Skills

• Business Development Expertise: Proven experience generating business within the

Engineering Services industry.

• Automotive Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of Automotive product development,

Design Engineering, and CAE services.

• CAE Knowledge: Familiarity with FEA, CFD, MBD, and related engineering simulation services.

• Customer Relationship Management: Ability to build and nurture long-term client

relationships.

• Communication & Negotiation Skills: Strong presentation, commercial negotiation, and

stakeholder management capabilities.

• Market Development: Experience identifying and converting new business opportunities

within European markets

Professional Background:

• 4+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management within the

Engineering Services industry.

• Proven experience generating business from Indian Automotive OEMs, Railway industries,

Engineering Service Providers (ESPs), or Tier-1 suppliers.

• Experience selling Design Engineering, CAE, Digital Engineering, or Product Development

services is highly preferred.

• Exposure to Indian customers and global engineering delivery models will be an added

advantage
