The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth, partnerships, and market expansion for the company's health supplements and wellness products. This is a sales-driven and partnership-focused role involving both B2B and sometimes B2C development.

Specific Responsibilities

1. Finding new customers (retail, distributors, clinics, wellness partners).

2. Expanding product distribution channels (offline + online).

3. Meeting sales targets for supplements / wellness products. 4. Building relationships with clinics / wellness centers,gyms and fitness businesses, corporate wellness programs and retail distributors. 5.Working with marketing teams on campaigns.

6. Helping position health products in competitive supplement markets.

7. Tracking competitors and customer demand trends. 8. B2B client pitchin

9. Negotiating supply or distribution agreements.

10. Maintaining long-term accounts.

Technical Skills and Competencies

1. Managing leads, follow-ups, and sales pipeline stages /

B2B Sales & NegotiationTracking KPIs (sales, revenue, conversion rates) /

Basic Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and forecasting. 2. Identifying new business opportunities and channels /

Understanding competitor pricing and positioning /

Spotting market trends in health & wellness products 3. Confident pitching to business partners / Clear written and verbal business communication / Strong networking and trust-building skills

Mature Mid Career Individuals- $2, 900

This position is open for mid career individuals (Mature, 40 years and above).
