Talent Deploy, the Contract Staffing vertical of EduBridge Group, deploys large-scale Non-IT workforces across BFSI, FMCG, Retail, Pharma, E-commerce, Logistics, and Manufacturing sectors. With active operations across Mumbai, Pune, Delhi-NCR, Bangalore, etc., we are in a strong growth phase — expanding client base, scaling city-level teams, and building the next layer of sales leadership.

The Role

A pure hunting mandate. You will own new client acquisition for Contract/General Staffing (Non-IT) — from the first conversation to contract signing, headcount deployment, and billing ramp-up. No account management inheritance. Full commercial ownership from day one.

What You Will Do

  • Identify and acquire new corporate clients in the Non-IT staffing space
  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting → solutioning → commercials → negotiation → closure
  • Drive headcount deployment, ramp-ups, and sustained billing growth
  • Build senior relationships with HR, Procurement, and Business Heads at client organizations
  • Manage margins, SLAs, and contract compliance for your accounts
  • Deliver monthly and quarterly revenue and billing targets

What We're Looking For

  • 4–8 years in B2B / Corporate Sales within Contract Staffing or General Staffing (Non-IT).
  • Demonstrated track record of new logo acquisition with clear billing ownership
  • Strong command of manpower commercials, billing models, margins, and SLAs
  • Experience managing large headcounts across multi-location deployments
  • Hunter mindset — comfortable with direct revenue targets and individual accountability
  • Sector exposure across BFSI, FMCG, Retail, Pharma, E-commerce, or Manufacturing preferred
  • Any Graduate
