Palco is hiring a Business Development Manager to drive growth for our Contract Manufacturing (Lubricants) division. The role focuses on acquiring new B2B clients, expanding market presence, and managing key accounts across industries.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard new clients for contract manufacturing, toll blending, and private labelling
Build and manage relationships with OEMs, distributors, and industrial customers
Lead proposals, pricing discussions, and contract finalization
Work closely with production and R&D teams to deliver client requirements
Track market trends and meet sales targets
Required Experience & Skills
10+ years in B2B sales or business development
Experience in lubricants, chemicals, or petroleum preferred
Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills
