Job Description

Role Summary

We're looking for an ambitious business development manager to drive channel sales, build strategic partnerships, and accelerate growth in our compute & AI solutions portfolio. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on opening doors, closing deals, and winning new business.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and grow channel partners, distributors, and system integrators to drive revenue.
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in the Compute & AI space.
  • Build and execute channel sales strategies to exceed revenue targets.
  • Engage partners through enablement, joint business planning, and pipeline development.
  • Work closely with technical and vendor teams to deliver winning solutions.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently achieve KPIs.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven track record in channel sales or business development within IT infrastructure, enterprise technology, AI, cloud, or data centre solutions.
  • Strong network with channel partners, resellers, distributors, or system integrators.
  • A true hunter mindset with a passion for acquiring new business.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Self-driven, commercially astute, and results-oriented.
