Roles and Responsibilities:
- Market Research & Opportunity Identification in Major Cities like Pune, Mumbai, Bangaluru, Hyderabad, New Delhi, Chennai, Ahmedabad:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends in the commercial interior design and build industry, including demand for specific design styles, materials, and technologies.
- Identify potential business opportunities across various sectors such as commercial offices, retail, hospitality, healthcare, education, and more.
- Evaluate potential clients and strategic partners by assessing market potential, competition, and client needs.
2.Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:
Develop and implement strategies for generating leads and acquiring new clients across PAN India. Especially in the cities like Pune, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, New Delhi, Chennai, Ahmedabad
- Create and nurture relationships with decision-makers, such as project managers, procurement heads, purchase managers, sourcing managers, real estate developers, business owners, and facility managers.
- Generate new business through various channels including cold calling, networking, digital marketing, and attending industry events, exhibitions, and conferences.
- Actively promote the company's services through professional relationships, social media, and industry connections.
3.Strategic Sales Planning & Execution:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy tailored to expanding the company's footprint across different regions and industries in India.
- Analyse clients needs and propose customized interior design and build solutions.
- Develop sales presentations, proposals, and pricing strategies that align with the company's goals and client expectations.
- Set sales targets and work towards achieving or exceeding them on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
4.Client Relationship Management & Retention:
- Build long-term relationships with key clients to ensure continued business and repeat projects.
- Provide a high level of customer service by regularly following up with clients, ensuring satisfaction, and addressing any concerns during the project lifecycle.
- Manage and maintain key accounts, ensuring that each client's needs are met efficiently and effectively.
- Upsell or cross-sell additional services such as project management, renovation, or maintenance services.
5.Negotiation & Closing Deals:
- Lead negotiations and closing of business deals, ensuring both client satisfaction and profitability.
- Work closely with the project management and finance teams to prepare proposals, cost estimations, contracts, and project timelines.
- Finalize contracts with clients, ensuring compliance with all terms and conditions.
6.Collaboration with Design and Project Teams:
- Work closely with the interior designers, architects, and project managers to ensure the successful execution of projects from conception to completion.
- Ensure the client's vision is accurately translated into design proposals and that the company delivers high-quality results within timelines and budget.
- Participate in internal meetings to provide business insights and collaborate on strategy for project delivery.
7.Brand Building & Marketing:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility and develop promotional materials, including brochures, website content, and case studies.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to network and build the company's brand presence.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices, technological advancements, and market trends to improve business strategies and customer offerings.
8.Reporting & Performance Tracking:
- Monitor the performance of business development activities, analyse sales results, and report progress to senior management.
- Track market and competitor activities and share insights with the leadership team.
- Maintain accurate records of sales and business development activities in CRM tools and provide regular performance updates.
9.Project Handover & Follow-up:
- Ensure a smooth transition from business development to the execution phase by collaborating with the project team after securing the contract.
- Conduct post-project evaluations and follow-ups with clients to ensure continued satisfaction and discover opportunities for future projects.
