We're growing fast, and we're looking for a results-driven professional who can build our sales pipeline from scratch, win new clients, and nurture long-term relationships.
What You'll Do
- Outreach & Prospecting: Identify and connect with potential clients via LinkedIn, email, and other professional channels.
- Pipeline Building: Develop and maintain a structured sales funnel from lead generation to closing.
- Client Nurturing: Engage with prospects and existing clients on a regular basis to build trust and uncover new opportunities.
- Bidding & Platforms: Bid on Upwork, Freelancer, and other marketplaces to secure relevant projects.
- Client Communication: Coordinate with clients on ongoing projects, provide updates, and explore upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Reporting: Track outreach, pipeline status, and conversion metrics for review.
What We're Looking For
- 25 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or client acquisition (IT/Software services preferred).
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads and close deals through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and bidding platforms.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
Compensation & Offer Terms
- This is a target-based role with a conditional offer
- Fixed monthly salary + performance incentives on each client/project won.
