Job Responsibilities
- 4-7 years of experience in generating B2B leads by initiating cold calling, ABM (Account-based marketing) campaigns, dedicated outbound cold campaigns, and social selling.
- Experience in prospecting in the following domains: IT services & consulting (including staff augmentation) & SaaS.
- Preferably served for the corresponding industries such as fintech/financial Services, technology, information & internet, E-commerce, Internet marketplace platforms, Retail, manufacturing, IT/ITES, and Internet publishing.
- Proven track record in the Indian market and International Market
- Drive outbound prospecting in named accounts to generate new business opportunities, connecting with senior IT and C-Level personnel to qualify and schedule discovery calls.
- Consistently achieve the monthly& quarterly quota of qualified opportunities.
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM (Hubspot, Pipedrive, Zoho, etc.), sales enablement tools(like Sales Robot, Outplay, Salesloft, Zoom Info, Apollo.io, Lusha, Seamless.ai, etc.)
- Previous experience in an early-stage or growth-stage startup is advantageous.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for a good cultural fit.
