We are expanding rapidly in Asia and seeking a Business Development Manager to accelerate our client growth and strengthen executive relationships across industries.
The Role
This role is for those who thrive on challenge. You will lead business growth in India and the wider APAC market - identifying opportunities, building relationships at the C-level, and driving revenue through strategic technology solutions.
Excelien Bonus performance structure: 50% commission for your first six months, transitioning to 20% thereafter, allowing top performers to scale their earnings fast.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business development across APAC, with primary focus on India
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers
- Prospect through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Manage your sales pipeline independently from lead generation to closure
- Support clients with technology and cloud cost-optimization strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams and partners to achieve revenue goals
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales (cloud or related SaaS)
- Strong communicator, confident in both written and verbal engagement
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to exceed targets
- Organized, disciplined, and focused on measurable results
- Proven understanding of AWS, Azure, or GCP; experience with FinOps or cost-optimization tools is an advantage
- High proficiency in English and ability to operate effectively with global stakeholders
