We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Business Development Manager (Area Manager) to lead growth initiatives in Pune. This role involves managing local business operations, generating new opportunities, and ensuring high-quality service delivery within the assigned area.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across residential and commercial segments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with housing societies, offices, and facility managers
- Drive sales through field visits, client meetings, and local networking
- Manage the assigned area and ensure smooth coordination of cleaning services
- Collaborate with operations teams to maintain service quality and customer satisfaction
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth

Requirements
