This role is ideal for a proactive professional who excels at managing multiple product lines and can pivot between consultative sales for technical programs and community building for our talent-focused application.
Key Responsibilities
As a Business Development Manager, your main job is to find new ways for our company to grow and reach more people. You will spend your time looking for potential customers and partners, reaching out to them, and explaining how our products can help them. You'll be responsible for the whole process—from the very first hello to signing the final deal.
Beyond just selling, you will build strong relationships with other organisations and communities to create a network that supports all our platforms. You will also keep a close eye on what's happening in the market to make sure our strategy stays ahead of the competition. Finally, you'll work closely with our internal teams to share what customers are saying, helping us make our products even better for everyone.
