Business Development Manager

Cindrebay School of Design is looking for a performance-driven Business Development Manager to lead and manage our admissions and sales team at the Kozhikode campus.

This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on involvement in driving student admissions through both inbound and outbound channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the inbound and outbound sales/admissions team
  • Drive student acquisition targets and revenue growth
  • Monitor daily performance metrics, lead conversions, and follow-up systems
  • Develop and implement effective admission and outreach strategies
  • Train, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve targets
  • Oversee lead management through CRM and ensure process discipline
  • Coordinate with marketing and academic teams for seamless execution

What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in business development or admissions management
  • Strong team leadership and performance management skills
  • Ability to drive targets and manage multiple sales channels
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Experience in the education sector is preferred
