Business Development Manager
Cindrebay School of Design is looking for a performance-driven Business Development Manager to lead and manage our admissions and sales team at the Kozhikode campus.
This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on involvement in driving student admissions through both inbound and outbound channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the inbound and outbound sales/admissions team
- Drive student acquisition targets and revenue growth
- Monitor daily performance metrics, lead conversions, and follow-up systems
- Develop and implement effective admission and outreach strategies
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve targets
- Oversee lead management through CRM and ensure process discipline
- Coordinate with marketing and academic teams for seamless execution
