DESCRIPTION:
As a Supervisor of Product Specialists at Thermo Fisher Scientific, you will guide a team while supporting business growth through technical expertise and consultative selling. This role combines sales activities with team leadership, focusing on delivering exceptional customer support and technical solutions. You will develop and execute product strategies, conduct presentations, and establish relationships with key scientific leaders. Working with cross-functional teams, you'll identify market opportunities, analyze territory potential, and implement strategic business plans to meet or exceed sales targets.

REQUIREMENTS:
. Master's degree plus 5 years of experience in customer-facing technical sales roles
. Preferred Fields of Study: Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, or related discipline
. Team management experience with demonstrated leadership abilities
. Strong technical background in relevant scientific areas (molecular biology, cell biology, chromatography, or related fields)
. Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and business development
. Excellent presentation and communication skills
. Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
. Advanced technical knowledge to provide product demonstrations and customer training
. Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key scientific leaders
. Strong analytical and strategic planning capabilities
. Self-directed with excellent organizational and time management skills
. Willingness to travel as required
. Proficiency in basic computer operations and business software
. Experience in pharmaceutical or medical device industry preferred
. Project management experience beneficial
. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment
. Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and problem-solving
