Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Thrissur. The Business Development Manager will lead efforts to identify growth opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue generation. Responsibilities include prospecting new clients, managing relationships with existing clients, conducting market research, and tailoring proposals to align with client needs. Additional duties include collaborating with internal teams to achieve business goals and monitoring industry trends to identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Business Development and Sales Strategy
  • Strong skills in Client Relationship Management, Negotiation, and Stakeholder Engagement
  • Analytical skills, with experience in Market Research and Competitor Analysis
  • Effective Communication and Presentation abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM software and business tools
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Experience in the education or edtech industry is an advantage
