Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Kozhikode, thrissur, kochi, kannur, and perinthalmanna. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and develop strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. Responsibilities include conducting market research, creating business plans, managing partnerships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaboration with the sales and marketing teams to achieve organizational goals will be a key aspect of this role.

  • Proficiency in market research, lead generation, and customer acquisition strategies
  • Experience in developing and implementing business plans and sales strategies
  • Leadership, teamwork capabilities, and a goal-oriented mindset
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools and platforms
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Previous experience in business development, sales, or a related role (preferred)
  • Familiarity with the education sector or commerce-related fields is a plus
