Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Education Services Sales Executive to drive the adoption of our educational services. This role involves engaging with users, promoting paid enrollments, and ensuring comprehensive product knowledge. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for education.

Key Responsibilities:

1. User Engagement and Education Journey Management

· Drive the adoption of educational services by onboarding users.

· Ensure users enrol and complete the education journey

· Identify and engage prospective users to encourage paid enrollments.

· Effectively communicate the value of education services to drive conversions.

· Build relationships with users to enhance retention and long-term engagement.

· Complete necessary training and certifications to stay updated on product offerings.

· Deliver product knowledge sessions to users, ensuring they understand and utilize the services effectively.

· Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to enhance service delivery.

2. Sales and Relationship Management

· Build strong relationships with college,coaching, school administrators, principals, and key stakeholders to present the value and benefits of our club activities.

· Conduct meetings, presentations, and demonstrations to communicate program offerings effectively and benefits.

· Conduct awareness drives, workshops, RWA activation programs,club and community drives, 

· Develop customized proposals and sales presentations tailored to the unique needs of each organization

3. Contract Negotiation and Onboarding

· Lead contract negotiations to secure partnerships with clients, organisations, ensuring all terms align with company policies and strategic objectives.

· Collaborate with the onboarding team to ensure smooth transition and setup of club activities in partner clients

Skills & Qualifications:

· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

· Prior experience in sales, preferably in education or financial services.

· Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

· Self-motivated and result-driven with a customer-centric approach.

· Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving environment.
