We are seeking a high-performing and strategic Digital Business Development Manager (BDM) with 4+ years of proven experience in a digital marketing agency, specializing in international markets. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in selling performance marketing and digital transformation solutions to global clients (US, UK, Australia, Canada, etc.), along with a strong track record in revenue generation, consultative selling, and long-term client acquisition.
This role requires someone who understands the digital landscape, emerging marketing technologies, and data-driven strategies, and can confidently position full-funnel marketing solutions to decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
- International Business Development & Revenue Growth
- Identify, target, and acquire new international clients through outbound prospecting, inbound lead handling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, networking platforms, and other global sales channels.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate US, UK, Australia, and other Tier-1 markets.
- Drive end-to-end sales cyclesfrom lead generation to deal closureindependently.
- Consultative Selling & Client Engagement
- Understand client business objectives and propose customized digital marketing strategies aligned with ROI and performance goals.
- Conduct discovery calls, virtual presentations, and high-value client meetings with CXOs, Founders, and Marketing Heads.
- Create compelling proposals, pitch decks, capability presentations, and commercial documents tailored to international audiences.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements while ensuring profitability and long-term partnerships.

Pipeline Management & Reporting
- Maintain a strong and consistent sales pipeline through CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).
- Track KPIs such as lead conversion rates, deal size, sales cycle length, and revenue forecasting.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Internal Collaboration & Onboarding
- Coordinate with strategy, performance, creative, and operations teams for seamless client onboarding and project execution.
- Ensure smooth transition from sales to delivery with proper documentation and expectation setting.
