Role Description
We are looking for a Business Development Manager specializing in used car loans. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Alwar. The day-to-day responsibilities include developing and maintaining a strong customer base, building relationships with clients and partners, driving sales of car loan products, and achieving assigned business targets. The role also involves analyzing market trends, strategizing to generate business opportunities, and contributing to the growth of the company. Collaboration with different teams and maintaining good rapport with customers will be essential for success in this role.
Qualifications
- Expertise in sales, business development, and customer acquisition
- Ability to analyze market trends and strategize accordingly
- Strong relationship-building, networking, and communication skills
- Experience in the financial services or lending industry, specializing in used car loans, is preferred
- Proficiency in handling on-ground client relationship management and operations

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
