Department: Australian Staffing

Work timings: 4:30 AM - 1:30 PM IST (Monday to Friday)

Salary range: Up to INR8 LPA (Negotiable based on relevant experience) + Performance Incentives

Work Location: Ashoka Raghupathi Chambers, 6th Floor, Hyderabad

The role involves working on the End-to-End Recruitment Life Cycle. Some of the key skills required are:

Sales & Client Engagement

  • Engage with Australian clients to understand hiring needs.
  • Generate new business opportunities through research and outreach.
  • Present qualified candidates and convert job orders to successful placements.
  • Build long-term client relationships for sustained business.

Recruitment & Delivery

  • Source and screen candidates using job portals, social media, and databases.
  • Understand role requirements for industries like Banking, Finance, Securities, Insurance, Legal, Engineering, Construction, Automotive, Healthcare etc.
  • Conduct telephonic interviews and assess cultural and role fit.
  • Manage interview coordination, client feedback, and offer negotiations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred (or equivalent recruitment experience).
  • Familiarity with Australian sourcing platforms (LinkedIn RPS, Seek, etc.) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously in a structured environment.
