Role Description

TheBusiness Development Manager is a full-time, remote position responsible for driving business growth through the identification of new opportunities, development of strategic partnerships, and cultivation of strong client relationships. The role involves lead generation, conducting outreach, managing negotiations, and developing tailored partnership proposals. The applicant will also analyze market trends to identify emerging opportunities and collaborate closely with internal teams to align strategies and achieve sales and growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop Business to Business sales partnership opportunities across education consultants, recruitment agencies, and other relevant segments.
  • Build and expand strategic partnerships across multiple regions and markets to support business growth and enrollment objectives.
  • Conduct outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and virtual meetings to engage prospective partners
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team to convert leads into long-term business relationships
  • Develop and deliver professional presentations and partnership proposals
  • Negotiate and close partnership agreements aligned with business objectives
  • Maintain pipeline tracking, CRM updates, and performance reporting

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years experience in business development, partner sales, and client relationship management in Ed-Tech or Immigration sector is required.
  • Prior experience in international student counselling, admissions, or student recruitment will be highly preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and close partnerships
  • Ability to analyze market trends, conduct competitor analysis, and identify new business opportunities
  • Strong team collaboration skills, with the ability to align business strategies and objectives across departments
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and business development software for pipeline management and reporting
  • Self-motivated, with excellent problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Adaptability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced, remote environment with evolving business priorities

Work Schedule & Location

This is afull-time, fully remote position based in India. The selected candidate will be required to work in alignment with the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone, with standard working hours from9:30 AM EST to 6:00 PM EST.
