Position 1: Business Development Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead global client acquisition and strategic partnerships for our staffing and recruitment business. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in selling recruitment, staffing, RPO, contract staffing, permanent staffing, and workforce solutions across India and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute global business development strategies.
• Acquire new clients across IT and Non-IT sectors.
• Build relationships with HR leaders, Talent Acquisition Heads, Procurement Teams, MSPs, and Vendor Managers.
• Drive vendor onboarding with large enterprises, GCCs, consulting firms, and system integrators.
• Build partnerships with recruitment agencies globally.
• Lead participation in industry associations such as NASSCOM, TechServe, VINASA, Chambers of Commerce, etc.
• Manage and mentor Business Development Executives.
• Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Job Summary
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating leads, scheduling meetings, building relationships, and supporting client acquisition efforts across global markets.
Responsibilities
• Prospect clients through LinkedIn, email campaigns, referrals, and networking.
• Schedule meetings with HR, TA, Procurement, and Hiring Managers.
• Identify staffing opportunities across IT and Non-IT sectors.
• Conduct market research.
• Build and maintain CRM pipelines.
• Follow up on proposals and contracts.
• Support client onboarding activities.

• Build lead-generation funnels.
• Manage website and SEO activities.
• Support proposal and presentation development.
