Position: Business Development Manager

Location: Teynampet, Chennai

Employment Type: Full-time

What you'll do:

•Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, and referral partners

•Conduct regular meetings with doctors to generate patient referrals

•Drive revenue growth and achieve monthly/quarterly targets

•Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships

•Track leads, conversions, and follow-ups to improve performance

•Support marketing initiatives and local outreach activities

•Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth patient onboarding

•Oversee day-to-day clinic operations and ensure smooth functioning

•Monitor appointments, scheduling, and patient flow

•Maintain operational reports and ensure compliance standards

•Analyze market trends and competitor activities

What we need:

•Bachelor's/Master's degree (Healthcare/Management preferred)

•6 – 8 years of experience in clinic operations and/or healthcare sales

•Strong communication and relationship management skills

•Experience in handling targets and business development

•Ability to manage operations and lead a team
