Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager, based in Indore. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and working closely with the sales and marketing . Responsibilities include developing strategic plans, negotiating contracts, conducting market analysis, and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Business Development, Sales, and Account Management
- Experience with Market Analysis, Strategic Planning, and Negotiation
- Excellent Communication, Relationship Management, and Presentation skills
- Knowledge of Advertising, Digital Marketing, and Branding strategies
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales and business growth targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with the advertising and digital marketing industry is a plus
