Key Responsibilities
Institutional Business Expansion
- Identify, pitch, and onboard universities, colleges, and training institutes.
- Promote Tantrapex assessment platform, placement services, and industry-linked programs.
- Close MoUs and annual partnership contracts.
Client Relationship Management
- Develop long-term relationships with academic leaders, placement heads (TPOs), directors & trustees.
- Conduct presentations, demos, seminars, and webinars at campuses.
- Ensure seamless execution of campus drives through internal coordination.
Revenue Growth
- Own institutional sales targets and revenue generation.
- Create customized solutions for institutes (Training + Assessment + Placement).
- Negotiate commercials and finalize agreements.
Market & Strategy
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and opportunities.
- Suggest improvements in products based on market needs.
- Drive branding and promotional activities for institutional outreach.
Collaboration
- Work closely with operations, recruitment delivery, and marketing teams.
- Support corporate BDMs with student talent pools.
- MBA/PGDM in HR, Marketing, Business Development, or related fields (Preferred)
- Graduates with strong relevant experience will also be considered.
