Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager, based in Chittoor. The selected individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, conducting market research, and developing strategies for market expansion. Key tasks include managing sales pipelines, negotiating contracts, collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing sales performance, and achieving business growth targets.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Business Development, Client Acquisition, and Sales Management
- Strong Market Research and Strategic Planning abilities
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship-Building skills
- Experience in Veterinary Healthcare or related industries is a strong advantage
- Capability to analyze sales metrics and drive data-informed decision-making
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Veterinary Sciences, or related fields
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and manage a dynamic work environment
- Willingness to work on-site in Chittoor with flexibility for travel as needed
