We are hiring a Business Development Manager to own outbound sales and revenue generation. The role focuses on building a qualified pipeline, engaging prospects, and closing deals across MVP development, AI solutions, and digital transformation services. This is a hands-on, target-driven role with end-to-end ownership of the sales cycle.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore. Remote work is not available.
Key Responsibilities- Build a pipeline of potential clients across startups, SMEs, and enterprises
- Execute outbound outreach via LinkedIn, cold email, and networking
- Conduct discovery calls and qualify opportunities
- Present tailored solutions aligned to client needs
- Drive the full sales cycle from first contact to closure
- Work with internal teams to create proposals and estimates
Requirements- 3–5 years in B2B outbound sales or business development
- Proven ability to generate leads and close deals
- Experience selling software services, AI, or digital transformation
- Strong skills in cold outreach, negotiation, and client communication
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
Preferred Experience- Experience selling to startup founders, CXOs, or product teams
- Exposure to global markets (US, Europe, India)
- Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Zoho CRM
