Job Description

We are hiring a Business Development Manager to own outbound sales and revenue generation. The role focuses on building a qualified pipeline, engaging prospects, and closing deals across MVP development, AI solutions, and digital transformation services. This is a hands-on, target-driven role with end-to-end ownership of the sales cycle.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore. Remote work is not available.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build a pipeline of potential clients across startups, SMEs, and enterprises
  • Execute outbound outreach via LinkedIn, cold email, and networking
  • Conduct discovery calls and qualify opportunities
  • Present tailored solutions aligned to client needs
  • Drive the full sales cycle from first contact to closure
  • Work with internal teams to create proposals and estimates
Requirements
  • 3–5 years in B2B outbound sales or business development
  • Proven ability to generate leads and close deals
  • Experience selling software services, AI, or digital transformation
  • Strong skills in cold outreach, negotiation, and client communication
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven environment

Preferred Experience
  • Experience selling to startup founders, CXOs, or product teams
  • Exposure to global markets (US, Europe, India)
  • Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Zoho CRM
