Job Description:
- Target & Acquire: Identify potential enterprise clients in IT, open new business and expand existing accounts.
- Sales Strategy: Manage end-to-end sales cyclelead generation, proposals, contract negotiation, and deal closure.
- Crossfunctional Leadership: Collaborate with recruitment, delivery, and finance teams to ensure seamless staffing solutions.
- Market Insights: Stay updated on IT staffing trends, conduct competitor research, and tailor pitches accordingly.
- Performance Metrics: Maintain a healthy pipeline, forecast revenue, and report against monthly/quarterly targets.
