WHAT THIS ROLE IS

You sell growth.

Performance marketing, digital scale-ups, and high-impact brand launches.

From Gurgaon, you drive new business across India + Dubai, closing mandates that actually move revenue.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Acquire new brand and business partnerships for Bloop
  • Sell performance marketing, paid media, growth and launch mandates
  • Close retainers, launch campaigns, and scale-up accounts
  • Engage founders, CMOs, and growth heads
  • Identify and execute cross-market opportunities (India Dubai)
  • Lead pitches, negotiations, and closures end-to-end
  • Build pipelines, track numbers, and repeat wins

WHO YOU ARE
  • 57 years in agency or performance marketing sales
  • Proven experience selling paid media, growth, or launch retainers
  • Strong hunter mindset with measurable wins
  • Comfortable discussing ROAS, CAC, funnels, and launches
  • Fluent English. Hindi helps. Arabic is a flex
  • CRM, LinkedIn, Zoom are daily tools
