Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Udupi for a Business Development Manager. The primary responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and developing strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets. The role involves market research, creating business plans, negotiating contracts, collaborating with internal teams to tailor solutions for clients, and maintaining a pipeline of potential clients. The Business Development Manager will also contribute to marketing initiatives and represent the company at industry events.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management
  • Strong skills in Market Research, Strategic Planning, and Client Relationship Management
  • Excellent Negotiation and Communication skills, along with the ability to close deals
  • Familiarity with Marketing and the use of Digital Tools to drive business growth
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving skills to identify and seize new opportunities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Knowledge and experience in the creative or visual solutions industry are a plus
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting
