Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Manage and mentor a team of Inside sales executives, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, students, and stakeholders to drive long-term engagement.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including B2B partnerships and collaborations.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Promote Biotecnika's educational programs, workshops, and services to prospective customers.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, track performance metrics, and create detailed sales reports for senior management.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to design campaigns that drive lead generation.
  • Represent Biotecnika at events, conferences, and webinars.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree (BE/ B.Tech), Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the education, training, or service industry.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
  • Prior experience in B2B and B2C sales is an added advantage.
  • Understanding the Sales Cycle and ensuring that the team meets and exceeds the Sales projection for the Month/Quarter & Year.
