Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Manage and mentor a team of Inside sales executives, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, students, and stakeholders to drive long-term engagement.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including B2B partnerships and collaborations.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Promote Biotecnika's educational programs, workshops, and services to prospective customers.
- Prepare sales forecasts, track performance metrics, and create detailed sales reports for senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to design campaigns that drive lead generation.
- Represent Biotecnika at events, conferences, and webinars.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree (BE/ B.Tech), Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the education, training, or service industry.
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
- Prior experience in B2B and B2C sales is an added advantage.
- Understanding the Sales Cycle and ensuring that the team meets and exceeds the Sales projection for the Month/Quarter & Year.
