The ITAD & E-Waste BD Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing B2B partnerships to source end-of-life IT assets, electronics, and e-waste materials from enterprises, institutions, and channel partners in the region. This role is critical in ensuring a consistent supply of materials for recycling operations and ITAD remarketing channels.
Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify and onboard corporate clients, OEMs, IT resellers, and institutions for ITAD and e-waste sourcing
- Sourcing Strategy: Build and execute sourcing plans to meet material input targets for e-waste and IT asset recovery
- Account Management: Manage and grow key accounts through regular engagement, contract renewals, and performance tracking
- Negotiation & Compliance: Negotiate sourcing agreements aligned with Binbag's compliance and sustainability standards
- Market Intelligence: Track market trends in IT asset resale, e-waste pricing, and sustainability mandates to inform sourcing strategies
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with operations, compliance, and logistics teams to ensure smooth collection, processing, and documentation
- Reporting & Analytics: Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and conversion metrics using CRM and internal dashboards
Requirements
- Graduate/Post-graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field
- A minimum of 5 to 7 years of proven B2B sales or sourcing experience, preferably in IT hardware, recycling, or asset disposition industries
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
- Knowledge of IT asset categories (laptops, desktops, servers, peripherals) and the recycling industry is a plus
- Target-driven with the ability to work independently and deliver consistent results
- Comfort with field work and regular client interaction.
