Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate sector.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Understand client requirements and offer customized solutions and products accordingly.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed revenue and growth targets.
  • Conduct business presentations, negotiations, and finalize contracts with corporate clients.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including marketing, product, and operations for smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Track market trends, monitor competitor activities, and gather client feedback to refine sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records of the sales pipeline, forecasts, and client data using CRM tools.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to build and nurture client relationships across various levels.
  • Target-driven and result-oriented with a strong sales track record.
  • Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Analytical thinker with good problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 28 years of experience in Corporate / B2B Sales (industry-specific experience preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
