Bidwiser is India's first AI-native platform revolutionizing the tendering process for contractors, consultancies, EPC firms, and infrastructure developers. By leveraging intelligent automation, Bidwiser simplifies every stage of tendering using proprietary AI on Indian tender data. We're building in a massive, under-digitized $ billion market with strong early traction.

Role Description:

This is a high-ownership role in the Founders Office and our first GTM & sales hire located in Noida. You will work directly with the founders and CRO to build and execute Bidwiser's go-to-market motion from scratch, owning the entire sales lifecycle while shaping strategy, messaging, and partnerships. This role is ideal for someone who has sold complex B2B solutions and enjoys building rather than inheriting playbooks.

What You'll Own:

• Lead end-to-end GTM strategy and execution.

• Own the full sales cycle — prospecting → discovery → demos → follow-ups → closures.

• Engage with CXOs, Bid Heads, BD Heads, and Enterprise stakeholders across EPC, Infra, Energy, Power & IT services

• Conduct product demos, uncover deep tendering pain points, and position ROI clearly

• Manage post-demo follow-ups and coordinate internally to close deals

• Work closely with product & engineering teams to relay customer feedback and manage support queries

• Collaborate with marketing on messaging, campaigns, and GTM ideas

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 2 + yrs of experience in B2B sales / GTM / growth roles (preferably 4+ yrs)

• Experience in infrastructure, EPC, or tendering domains is a strong plus

• Proven experience selling complex, non-obvious solutions (AI, SaaS, enterprise software, workflow tools, infra-tech, etc.)

• Strong track record of owning deals end-to-end, including cold outreach and closure

• Comfortable selling to enterprise and EPC customers with longer sales cycles

• Ability to translate AI and technology into clear business value and ROI

• Experience navigating multi-stakeholder, compliance-heavy buying processes

• Strong execution mindset with the ability to meet targets and deadlines

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi

• Self-starter with high ownership and bias for action

• Bachelor's degree required (BTech preferred); MBA is a plus

• Exposure to AI / GenAI / data-driven products is a strong advantage
