Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in sales or business development, strong communication skills, and a good understanding of market trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and product/service demos with clients
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate commercial terms
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, delivery) to ensure smooth execution
- Track sales activities and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 23 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
- Willingness to travel locally if required
