Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive client acquisition and revenue growth for our recruitment consultancy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring new clients, and building long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the recruitment/staffing space
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn, and references
- Pitch recruitment services to potential clients and convert them into business
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Understand client hiring needs and coordinate with internal recruitment team
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and update CRM regularly
- Coordinate for smooth delivery and client satisfaction
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven experience in B2B sales or recruitment business development
- Ability to generate leads and close deals independently
- Good understanding of recruitment lifecycle
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
