Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Understand client needs and propose suitable products or services
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align business development strategies
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
  • Develop and execute sales plans to expand market share and customer base
  • Report on sales performance, pipeline status, and business opportunities to senior management
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to enhance brand visibility
  • Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3-7 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of the industry and market dynamics relevant to the company
