Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Business Development Officer to expand our client base, identify new business opportunities, and build strong, long-term partnerships in the photography, video production, and creative marketing space.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients and new business opportunities across industries such as e-commerce, fashion, lifestyle, and corporate sectors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Pitch our photography and video production services to brands, agencies, and startups.
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop impactful project proposals.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and maintain accurate business pipelines.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Interview, screen & hire to build a powerful sales team.
Requirements & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communication (MBA is a plus).
- 23 years of experience in business development, preferably in a creative agency, photography, or digital marketing environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- A self-starter with a proactive approach to reaching out to clients.
- Passion for media, creativity, and building brands through storytelling.
- Living in or nearby Noida region.
