Role Description

This on-site, full-time role, based in Mumbai, is for a Business Development Manager at Baanganga Gold & Diamond (I) Ltd. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. Duties include market research, crafting and executing strategic business plans, meeting sales targets, and negotiating contracts. The individual will also represent the company at trade shows and foster partnerships that align with Baanganga's long-term vision.

Qualifications
  • Strong business development skills, including client relationship management, lead generation, and sales strategy planning.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build and sustain professional relationships.
  • Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and crafting actionable business insights.
  • Experience in the jewelry or luxury goods industry is highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and work effectively in a goal-oriented environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple accounts and projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Mumbai and travel occasionally for business as needed.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is an advantage.
